  1. Introduction

Welcome to jalboot.net (“Website”). The Website is operated by Jalboot Trips, a company established in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Jalboot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website or purchasing any services or products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase our services.

  1. Services

Jalboot Trips organizes and sells tourism, recreational and educational trip packages, excursions, and related services (“Trips” or “Services”) via the Website. All Trips are subject to availability, specific Trip descriptions, and any additional terms provided at the time of booking.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Website and purchase Services. By booking, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Booking: Bookings are made through the Website. To register and reserve a place on a specific Trip, a non‑refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount or percentage will be shown during the booking process. A confirmed booking is subject to payment of the deposit and thereafter to payment in full according to the payment schedule displayed at the time of booking.
  • Prices: All prices are stated on the Website and are in AED unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless required by law.
  • Payment: We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website. Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided. The booking deposit is non‑refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms (for example, where we cancel the Trip). The remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown in your booking confirmation; failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment of the required deposit (and any additional payments), you will receive a booking confirmation email containing trip details. This confirmation constitutes a contract between you and Jalboot Trips for the purchased Services.
  1. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by Trip and are stated at booking. Fees and refund eligibility depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the Trip date.
  • Company Cancellations or Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or materially change a Trip for operational, safety, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel, we will notify you and offer alternatives, credit, or a refund in accordance with applicable laws and the policy stated at booking.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you but are not responsible for additional costs you incur.
  1. Travel Documents, Visas and Health Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents (passport, visas, permits, vaccinations) and complying with local entry requirements. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry; we are not liable for such consequences.

  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss or damage to property, and emergency repatriation. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance; we are not responsible for loss or expenses not covered by insurance.

  1. Safety, Conduct and Liability
    • Assumption of Risk: Participation in Trips involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.
    • Conduct: You agree to comply with all safety instructions, rules, and laws applicable to a Trip. We may remove any participant whose behavior endangers others or interferes with the Trip; no refund will be granted for removals due to misconduct.
    • Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jalboot Trips, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business arising from or related to your use of the Website or participation in any Trip. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Trip shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Trip giving rise to the claim.
    • Not Responsible for Third Parties: We may coordinate with third-party suppliers (transport operators, hotels, guides, contractors). These third parties are independent contractors; Jalboot Trips is not responsible for their actions, errors, omissions, or breach of contract. Any claims against such suppliers must be brought directly against them where applicable.
  1. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

You must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary needs, or special requirements at the time of booking. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate reasonable requests but cannot guarantee accommodations. We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, software) is owned or licensed by Jalboot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

  1. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant Jalboot Trips a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such content for any purpose. You represent that you own the rights to submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms.

  • Accounts: You may be required to create an account to book Trips. Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Prohibited Actions: Do not use the Website for unlawful purposes, to violate rights of others, or to upload harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
  • No Warranty: The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Website is error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
  1. Privacy

  1. Complaints and Claims

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or a Trip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

  1. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Website with the updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
